Riccardo CANTORO received the MS degree and the PhD in computer engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2013 and 2017, respectively. He is a currently a researcher with the Department of Computer Engineering of the same university. His research interests include software-based functional test of SoCs and memories, and machine learning applied to test and diagnosis. He was involved in the program committees of the Design and Diagnosis of Electronic Circuits Symposium (DDECS) and the European Test Symposium (ETS), and in the organizing committees of the Design and Technology of Integrated Circuits (DTIS) conference and the International Test Standards Application Workshop (TESTA).
